Elegant Wash LLC Residential Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all residential cleaning services provided by Elegant Wash LLC (“the Company”). By scheduling or receiving cleaning services, the client (“Customer”) agrees to these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Elegant Wash LLC offers residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty cleaning upon request. The scope of work will be outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation.

3. Scheduling and Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Keys, codes, or entry instructions must be provided securely and in advance if the Customer will not be present.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service rates are based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

Late payments may incur a fee of up to 10% of the outstanding balance per month.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination of service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Elegant Wash LLC strives for complete customer satisfaction. If any area of the cleaning does not meet expectations, the Customer must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion. The Company will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost.

7. Health and Safety

Cleaners will not move heavy furniture, handle hazardous materials, or clean areas that pose a safety risk.

Customers must inform the Company of any pets, allergies, or special cleaning product preferences before service.

The Company uses professional-grade cleaning products that are safe for residential use unless otherwise requested.

8. Liability

Elegant Wash LLC is insured and will take reasonable care while performing services.

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fastened or installed.

Any claim for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided on the date of the incident.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer must ensure that the property is reasonably tidy and accessible before the cleaning appointment.

Valuables, cash, and personal items should be secured prior to service.

The Customer agrees not to solicit or hire Elegant Wash LLC staff directly for private cleaning services.

10. Service Limitations

Elegant Wash LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

The environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

The Customer behaves inappropriately or violates these terms.

Conditions prevent the cleaners from performing their duties effectively.

11. Privacy

All personal information collected by Elegant Wash LLC is used solely for scheduling, billing, and communication purposes. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 -844-907-0141. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction.
